At PillowGriet, every product is made to order — printed and fulfilled especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selections.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [jouw emailadres]. Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
Because production starts shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.
