Where are your products made?

All designs are created by me, Griet, in my studio in the Netherlands. Your order is then printed and shipped from a partner in the US or Germany — whichever is closest to you. That means shorter shipping times and lower shipping costs.

How long will it take to arrive?

Most orders are printed within 3 business days, then take another 3–5 business days to arrive. So plan for about 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep. During busy seasons like the holidays it can take a little longer.

Are pillow inserts included?

No — we sell covers only. The sizes listed are for the cover itself. A standard pillow insert from most home stores will fit right in.

Can I use your pillow covers and rugs outdoors?

Our outdoor pillow covers and patio rugs are made for exactly that. They're printed on weather-resistant materials that hold up to sun, rain, and the occasional summer thunderstorm. Check the product page for material details.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item isn't personalized. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full details.

Can I order a custom design?

Sometimes! Drop me an email at griet@pillowgriet.nl and tell me what you have in mind. I can't always say yes, but I love hearing ideas.
